As a Priest, when I am sitting in town as Shadow, but queue as a healer for Heroics, when I pop into the dungeon, none of my click castings are setup until I /reload or go into the settings and change the topmost dropdown in Click Casting. I am using a separate profile per spec for click castings.

Using verison r239-release in retail/TWW.

In town as Shadow, click castings look like this
