Hello,

I would like to request an additional feature. It would be great to have the option to cast spells not only when hovering over the cell frame but also when hovering over an enemy or friendly nameplate.

For example, I would like to be able to set Paladin's stun ability to the "F" key, and then simply hover over an enemy nameplate and press "F" to cast the stun.

In my opinion this sounds like it is out of the Cell's click-cast intended use. I would suggest using Clique addon which is used for what you would like to achieve.

The power of different mouse over for cell for me is; using Cell's mouseover-cast for healing spells and also binding the same key in action bars for offensive spells as healer. That way I dont accidently cast heal with mouseover if I am not on party frame.
