After the Cell Addon update for Patch 11.1, the highlight color for disapellables debuffs no longer works. I did not change anything in my configuration and the hightlight color for dispels is still enabled for dispellable debuffs. Will investigate further and try to report more detailed, this is just only so it's already added to the backlog.

Please fix this bug asap. Maybe anyone can provide a quick fix for personal changing code?
