Add button for indicators is clipped and not clickable when scale is below 1.0

See image below. Go to targeted spells or any other indicator where you can add spells. If your cell scale is set to under 1.0, the "+" icon to add spells is clipped into the spell list and is not clickable. This goes away when scale is set back to 1.0
