Cell causes significant increase to Blizzard_AchievementUI load times

Issue:
Cell causes significant increase to the Blizzard_AchievementUI load time when logging in to a character or performing UI reload using the /reload command.

With Cell addon enabled, the load time of Blizzard_AchievementUI is consistently around 12.5 to 13 seconds:

With Cell addon disabled, the load time of Blizzard_AchievementUI drops down to ~2.5 seconds:

This happens even with the default Cell profile with no modifications made.

HW Info:

  • Game installed on an NVMe SSD
  • CPU: Ryzen 7800X3D
  • 64GB of 6000MHz memory
  • GPU: RTX 4080 Super
