v2.9-beta4 Map keeps moving automatically to lower right corner of screen

Map keeps warping to lower right corner after logon and after I open various windows (map, quest tracker, auction house, etc). Tried clearing out lua and rebuilding, that did not correct. Default position and warped position screen shots attached. Started happening on v2.9 releases.
If the minimap is moving that far away when opening other windows then this is most certainly a conflict with another addon.
I'm guessing it won't stay put if you moved it back?
It does until I logout / login and or open a certain window (like the quest tracker, auction house, or collections)
Looks like it's some type of conflict with Chocolate Bar Display ( https://www.wowace.com/projects/chocolatebar) and Bartender (https://www.wowace.com/projects/bartender4) when enabled with Chinchilla.
It does it when Chocolate, Bartender and Chinchilla are enabled together all other mods are off. Bartender and Chichilla, and Chocolate and Chichilla are fine. It's when all three are put together.
I've also tried it with other minimap addons (like SexyMap). Chichilla is the only one that gets moved in this combo.
I can replicate it with just Bartender and Chinchilla. Bartender on its own and Chinchilla on its own behave as expected.
Which is very bizarre as Bartender's code makes no reference to the Minimap anywhere...
I'm 90% the problems are being caused the blip size config option. Seeing as we now have to move the Minimap instead of the MinimapCluster (fuck you Blizzard) the option is no longer compatible.
Not even sure what that is, what is the blip size feature?
I've been using Chinchilla forever, hate to have to drop it for this issue. :(
It's in the Appearance section of the config. It allowed you to increase or decrease the size of the minimap icons such as quests and mailboxes.
Hmm, doesn't appear to be able to be shut off. Is that an option? To disable that feature? Not sure if that would help here
