List of healers doesn't update when healers leave the raid

Current behavior:
Healers are added into the list of healers on the first opening of the frame after they join the raid. This list is never 'refreshed', so it can grow stale.
Intended behavior:
On players leaving the raid, the list should be updated such that the list of healers accurately reflects the current state of the raid.
