Current behavior

Announce assignments supports announcing to channels. There is also support for whispering 'heal' to get your announcements in a reply.

Intended behavior

It should be possible for the user to select WHISPER in the channel dropdown such that clicking the Announce Assignments button whispers all assigned players their assignments.
