Add minimap button that opens/closes frame on click

Current behavior
The only way to open the main addon frame is by typing /heal. Closing the frame can be done by clicking the Close button or typing /heal.
Intended behavior
The addon should have a minimap button that upon click opens the frame if it is closed, and closes it otherwise.
