There seems to be an issue when the plugin constantly updating CVar minimapZoom. I have disabled all the addons and the problem went away, and then I enabled only CodexLite addon to be sure that nothing else is doing this and it confirmed that the CodexLite is responsible for this.

I checked the log with /etraces to produce this screenshot. I checked the code to be sure that the addon actually is setting this variable and found references in map.lua file.
