[Feature request] Manually blacklist items

Reasons why someone might want to blacklist specific item results from Collectionator:
- Items that need to be otherwise obtained or crafted to get an achievement (i.e. the Engineering goggles, the Great Sea Ray mount)
- Vendor-sold items that people are re-selling at marked up prices
- Occasionally, recipes that are not cached properly by Collectionator (I know this is technically another issue)
