TWW: Some items are missing

Brief Description of Bug
Some items are missing between 'uncollected filter' and collectionator results.
Fresh (fast) scan; comparing weapons only as that's what i noticed.
Also Tested: The behavior seems to be consistent with fast and full scan
Playing on Rogue (same results on a Paladin in case it was a usability restriction):
Checked several different servers its same issue. Crafted TWW weapons are missing in unlearnt transmogs. Inscription weapons are there, but blacksmithing aren't. Oddly, learnt blacksmithing transmogs are there if checkbox is checked to include collected appearances.
Edit: Just noticed that Steelforged Dagger is missing too and it's not even an TWW item
Steps to Reproduce
Comparing scan results and manual results. (Scan done several times to make sure the item is still around in main AH list).
Other:
Possibly others are missing too but not sure. During tww prepatch time, a lot of salvaged gear from the Draenor garrison salvage yard became boe and were being listed in AH but were not showing up, and even now occasional items aren't being picked up from gray/white variety. It's somewhat random and I'm also wondering if it's some sort of AH data quirk... ie it doesn't consider opposite faction items or something. Or if some categories shifted around in the AH api.
Thank you kindly for fast responses to my prior findings.
So I suspect this isn't an issue with collectionator but an AH data issue. For example, checking uncollected filter in default AH interface, clearly missing pioneer's robe, which does show up in collectionator list... so blame blizzard probably:
Edit: Forgot to say this behavior changed in 11.0.5 as the robes were showing up before the patch in the uncollected filter
Adding here for tracking. This includes most (all?) Algari Competitor's Blacksmithing items, while tailoring items do show up.
Anothing addition. It also seems to include inscription crafted items. Even unchecking show collected apperances. They simply don't show in the list
I've noted that the issue affect those two proffessions for items crafted in Dragonflight or later. All prior items and other professions seem to show up (not extensively tested but still)
Thanks for the multiple examples.
I've identified the problem and pushed a fix in v71.
Got a new version for testing (also available as the next alpha):
Collectionator-71-1-gb65ead8.zip
Updated and tested more thoroughly
Collectionator-71-2-gf31476d.zip
... Cautious optimism so far.... Some things are definitely showing up now (algari competitor's stuff)... Need to test further.
After bunch of tests across multiple characters. I'm not seeing anything obviously missing.
Oddly, Scepter of Spectacle: fire and weavercloth fishing hat somehow also showing up even though they show up as learnt... Maybe something specific to my character's caching on those two. (Testing across multiple servers... the below is us-illidan)
Edit: Fixed scepter by buying and selling one
Edit2: Oddly on a different server it's Wildercloth Fishing cap (DF fishing cap vs the TWW fishing hat) shows up. Both are available in AH on both servers. Oddly I cannot even FIND it in the collections.
Update: Looks like it's a bug with both hats showing as collected in UI but not actually being in collections: https://www.wowhead.com/item=222842/weavercloth-fishing-cap#comments your call on what to do. maybe exclude for now?

In quick testing, I'm currently unable to see anything that is missing between regular 'uncollected' filter in AH and Collectionator tabs.
This is looking good and OMG thank you!

Edit: As an interesting side-effect: The non-unique appearances list seems to be a lot more accurate (though I didn't play too much with it historically)
Found a way to automatically exclude any items like the weavercloth hat,
