Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
When getting new items mainly quest rewards and items needed for quests they disappear or use the tool tip icon of a different item in the bags. When I tried moving the items the left a grayed icon of the wrong item. Some items have no icon but have an exclamation point on the side indicating quests.

grab any quest with a reward and complete it

Items dont show up any more. Bag seems empty although it is not
