Describe the bug
Getting LUA error when clicking Frame dropdown menu in Interface > Combuctor > Item Rulesets -- this is when only Combuctor (and BagBrother) are loaded, no other addons.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. ESC to open menu
2. Click Interface
3. Go to Addons tab at top left
4. Expand Combuctor submenus
5. Go into Frame Settings OR Item Rulesets tab (dropdown is present in both)
6. Click on the Frame dropdown on the right that says Inventory
7. LUA error is thrown

Expected behaviour
Dropdown options should appear
