It's weird that sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I see the up_arrow green for upgrades sometimes after 10seceonds of opening the bag, at points it doesn't show at all? I was thinking since the location of up_arrow is top-left, maybe something else is overriding it sometimes but that override icon is stealth or something? Thats my thought process but can't confirm it.
