Bidding.lua'860 PlaySound(8959) plays on every UI start

Using 2.2.9beta, on every UI start (log in, reload ui), sound 8959 plays. I narrowed it down to Modules/Bidding.lua'860. Commenting that line out stops the noise.

This did not happen in 2.1.2.
