it seems that after installed ConRo and the addons for additional classes it has a Frame stack over the action bars and when you try to activate them there is nothing. Is there a way for you to resolve this issue or does it rely on the above?

You will have to be more specific on what you are referring to. Most of ConRO fdeatures are not clickable. The toggle buttons would be the only frames that are interactive.
