King of the Jungle changes Tiger's Fury to grant 60 energy instead of removing it, in addition to increasing damage dealt by 15%, and it is on it's own cooldown instead of the GCD. It means that we now want to use TF whenever the cooldown is finished (and maybe when we have 40 or less energy).

I tried to pull the King of the Jungle / TF spell ID data using WoWHead, but it looks like the details I got were wrong (seems like the spell IDs are not correct or something?).

I added new if blocks in the stealthed and non-stealthed parts of the cFormBUFF checks. But it looks like because I don't have the correct IDs, I get errors about Tiger's Fury (5217) not being known. I tried to add an ID for TF 417045 but I couldn't make it work (just guessing that the spell ID isn't correct, but maybe I messed something else up).
