When hovering over an artifact weapon (equipped or in bags) the converted stats output is showing an incorrect value in the compare tooltip.

My best guess is that this is caused by how the client receives the information to display in the compare tooltip.

For example, on my prot warrior, when i shift hover over my shield, I see the shield stats in the compare tooltip, however, the converted stat output is actually the conversion of the stats on my main hand weapon.
