When turning anima in Sinfall, I received an error that Covenant Mission Helper was using an unauthorized API. Until I disabled the addon, I could not turn in anima. (Note, this was at about 1:30 AM PST on 9/7/21. One adventure had completed about an hour before. I turned in anima in Sinfall on another character about two hours previous, so not sure what's happening.)
