Quality material selection not working anymore.

It seems like the problem is not constant and can happen in 7.7.1 as well.
Note that this is about recipe scan.
Regardless of what quality material I select,
it gives the same expected value with Q2 and Q3 settings.
Q2 and Q3 material are not the same value though.
That is what I noticed in 8.4.0. I haven't installed 8.4.1.1 yet so I don't know if it was fixed in between.
