Dragon Isles Unraveling does not have an item selector box if CraftSim is used with Auctionator

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log out of a character that has tailoring.
  2. Enable Buggrabber, Bugsack, Craftsim, and Auctionator.
  3. Log in.
  4. Open tailoring and select Dragon Isles Unraveling.

Note that the selector box for which cloth to unravel is missing. This doesn't happen if you load only CraftSim without Auctionator, or Auctionator without CraftSim.

Tested with CraftSim-12.2.0 and Auctionator 10.2.9

Same problem with old Milling.
I use TradeSkillMaster instead of Auctionator and stopping either TSM or CraftSim solves the problem.
