Feature Request: Adding unlearned recipes to crafting queue

Currently the button "Add Open Recipe" seems disabled when the recipe is not learned. The use case is planning, where one levels up a profession, plans ahead how much to craft of what, buying all materials from the auction house and then learn the recipes when they can be learned (if they require a minimum skill to learn).
