Bug: The dragging of the "CraftSim Craft Queue" window stays sometimes even though the mouse has been released

If I click with the mouse into the window again, the dragging still sticks. /reload helps as a fix.

i confirm this on my side its very easy to reproduce
1.open any of the craft sim windows
2.drag the window ( move until the mouse drag is stuck with out using click)
