For older recipes with cooldowns such as the Draenor "Secret of Draenor X" or daily Pandaria recipes, the cooldown does not appear to be properly tracked - they are always listed as "Not on Cooldown".

Absolutely. I think the easiest to get are any of the "Secrets of Draenor X" recipes for crafting professions, since you get that as part of learning the Draenor level of the profession (which you can pick up either via quest or just buying a book in Stormshield/Warspear, which you can get to from the Stormwind/Orgrimmar portal rooms)
