If Blizzard does not remove Inspiration from DF it will get complicated

If they remove Inspiration from the whole game then this will be a nice code clean up by removing everything regarding inspiration and hsv

recipeData should then have a boolean if concentration is active or not
Either by detecting a buff or using some new ingame API (hopefully)

This should be considered by profit calculation by directly upping the quality to the next one
