Adding Finishing Reagent: Artisan's Authenticity increases difficulty instead of skill

On simulation mode Apprentice's Crafting License, Stack of Pentagold Reviews and Unraveled Instructions add 100 recipe difficutly instead of their skill values.
Artisan's Consortiuk Seal of Approval is the only one that works the right way.
