Looks like calcs are a bit off for this item. Might be due to is using the blue quality "Forged Aspirant's Heraldry" which adds 50 difficulty. Maybe it's not accounted for correctly.

It's not accounting for the Forged Aspirant's Heraldry which adds +50 difficulty (the epic version Forged Gladiator's Heraldry adds +150).
