100% of the time for me, if I select blacksmithing / alchemy and recipe scan on a character not currently logged in, or click "scan professions" and it gets to said characters, the scan stops at 3-4% progress on that profession. If I am logged in on the character, it works fine.

With the debug log open, it gets through the filtering part and stops at this point (scan finished is me manually canceling out):

Unticking "include Gear" does not make a difference.

I do have the same issue for both of these professions.
