Tailoring node "Quality Fabric" skill contribution to Duskweave Bolt and Dawnweave Bolt appears to be incorrect

Note "Total Stat from Talent" says "Skill: x/75". However, I only count 30 (from full points in the spec) + 5 (rank 5) + 5 (rank 15) + 5 (rank 30) = 45 possible skill points from the talent. Am I missing another source or is this a bug?
my datamining script mined a +30 skill increase for the 25pt perk...
So either its in the db2 data of blizzard or I may have an error in the script
