I've had this happen with concentration crafts alot where i queue a simulation with concentration, craft it all and then the entry remains in the queue. Now on 17.3.0 i have also had this happen with some engineer crafts without concentration. The queue column just stays fixed at the number i wanted to craft. I often use the craft next button for this.

Small correction: It only happens if you check "concentraction" in the simulation. I just crafted some where 0 concentration was used so i was confused.
