Elemental Leather patterns not accounting for Primordial or Elemental skill points in Simulations mode

In CraftSim Specialization Info it should account for Primordial/Elemental leatherworking points currently does not. This seems to affect more than just Flaring Cowl (other leather patterns have this issue "String of Spiritual Knick-Knacks" where the Mail patterns do not)
