As the designated guild crafter, I just found the Customer History feature and it's a godsend when it comes to seeing who is my guild likes me the most. What I'd love though is to be able to (manually) group peoples alts together for the leadersboard. If I know character A, B and C is the same person, I want to easily be able to compare that to person with character X and Y without having to do pesky math.
