After this last update, restocking scanned professions doesn't work as they used to.

1. I scan the AH with Auctionator
2. I do a recipe scan, in this case Enchanting
   
3. Go to "Craft Queue" and click on "Restock from Recipe Scan"
   
   

From what I've been testing, the "Sale Rate Threshold" is not working properly. I normally have it at 0.1 and it used to work fine, but no matter what value I add, it only adds items to the crafting queue if the value is 0

this was a tsm issue and should now work again
