frame problems

frame keeps resetting to weird position every time i log in or reload the ui so i have to click on the frame reset button every. single. time.
this is how it should be if not close to it
only addons r bigwigs, weakaura, bagnon, bartender, details, handynotes, no
mats no make, no talking heads, plater, rematch, Silverdragon, speedy auto
loot, and tsm
