Reagent Optimization suggestion is wrong!

It is suggesting 37xR2 Dust and 38xR3 Dust when in reality its 38xR2 and 37xR3 to reach the necessary skill required!
this is the first item i noticed it on but might be wrong on others too!
could be due to skill threshold rounding
try options -> profit calculation -> offset breakpoints
