Craft queue shopping list adds 3000 finishing reagents when theres only 48 used in my craft queue

As the title suggests, when I add finishing reagents to the items in my craft queue and then create the auctionator shopping list it tells me to buy waaaay too many of those finishing reagents. (see screenshot)
