When adding a patron order for PVP gear to the craft queue and then create a shopping list, it tries to buy Forged Combatant's Heraldry even though the blue kind is provided.

To add to this bug, when going through the craft queue, these pvp items fail to craft. With the heraldry, the craft cast just ends with nothing. Without the heraldry, queue thinks there's missing reagents.

This is still happening in 19.5.0. The Auctioneer shopping list still included the heraldry, I didn't buy it, and the queue thinks it's missing.
