Crafting Queue ignores the warbank when looking for mats for other characters' crafts.

This severely limits the usefulness of the crafting queue system as it is not easy to accurately buy the missing mats to complete an entire alt stable's queued crafts.

this is kinda intentional due to how the craftqueue fetches the amount of items per character
Its probably gonna work better with the warband when I refactor the queue and shopping list creation based on a new shopping module
