Describe the bug
Any craft order that requires concentration trip up the addon to the point where the game needs to be restarted to recover.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any profession
2. Add one or more partron orders to the queue that require concentration to meet min quality
3. Attempt to step through the order in the queue
4. Craftsim will get stuck on the order requiring concentration. Manually going into the craft frame to toggle on concentration won't make the button in the bottom right appear so that the order can be crafted/filled. At this point, the claim order button for any other order in the craft UI will still appear to be available, but won't work.

Expected behavior
I would expect the addon to allow me to fill the orders -OR- throw an error message and allow me to recover.
