Optional reagents don't seem to affect missing skill calculation

Hi,

After upgrading to 7.2.2 today, I don't think the calculation of missing skill (and missing skill with inspiration) is working correctly with optional reagents.

Below, you can see the calculated missing skill for a blacksmithing axe, without any optional reagents:

When adding optional reagents, the calculation doesn't change, even though the recipe has a much higher difficulty now:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open profession window (tested with blacksmithing and alchemy)
  2. Enter simulation mode
  3. Add mandatory reagents and observe the calculated missing skill (and missing skill with inspiration)
  4. Add any optional reagent that changes the required skill (or a finishing reagent that boosts inspiration skill)
  5. Observe that there is no change in calculated missing skill.
