Not sure if this affects all professions or just Engineering, but I noticed in the latest version (7.6.0) at least Simulation Mode is only showing base inspiration skill.

As you can see in the screenshot on this recipe I gain 100 skill from inspiration but CraftSim has my Inspiration skill at just 66.7.

Same thing here where I gain 80 skill from inspiration but CraftSim has me at 53.3:

I have 20% bonus skill from Optimized Efficiency 40/40:

And I have 30% bonus skill from Novelties 30/30:

With 7.7 the 20% bonus skill from Optimized Efficiency is taken into account but the 1-30% bonus skill from Novelties is still ignored.
