The spell name on the new Blizzard cast bar is moved vertically upwards from it's normal position with CT Core enabled (cast bar related options un-ticked). It results in the spell name being on top of the coloured progress bar rather than underneath it.

Thanks for the report. This was being caused by the script that positions casting bar timers.
