Add glow effect to macro actions on custom action buttons.

Issue: Custom CT_BarMod action buttons do not apply the 'glow' effect when assigned a macro action.

Details:

  • Default UI action buttons show a glow effect on action buttons when an ability triggers, including when the ability is referenced by a macro.
  • CT_BarMod action buttons do show the glow effect when the spell is assigned to the slot, but not when it is a macro.

The root cause was an API change to GetMacroSpell() return values at the start of BFA.
