More prominently display stack quantities in the mail log

Issue: The mail log doesn't clearly show the quantity of items sent as a stack.

Details:

Quantities are tracked and shown in the tooltip, but this doesn't allow for quick "at a glance" viewing.

9.0.1.1 will include a few updates to the mail log UI.

Update: 7.0.3 changed a function which CT_MailMod depended on to get stack quantities for outgoing mail. 9.0.1.1d will fix this mistake as well.
