10 min timer for when AV Boss Summon starts moving.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Manually creating timer is inefficient and annoying.

Yell for Lok is "[12:44 AM] Lokholar the Ice Lord yells: WHO DARES SUMMON LOKHOLAR?
