Razuvious Shout timer off for Naxx

Describe the bug
The first shout that Instructor Razuvious does is off by ~4 seconds too early. But the subsequent shouts were on-time with the warning. It seems like they are spaced 26 seconds apart.
To Reproduce
Check logs for Instructor Razuvious classic
I checked and timer wasn't actually off at all. it was still within the 22-26 second variance window. I"m guessing you just didn't understand how to read the variance timer or disabled the feature (which causes all timers to just expire at min variance so you'd actually just get a 22 second timer not a 26 second timer with a 4 second variance window).
that said. The variance window actually seems to be 25-27.3 now so I'm changing timer to that.
