Blacklist has to be manually renewed everytime the addon loads. It would be nice to save the charnames in a db. If you implement that, you should obviously also add a way to show which names are blacklisted (would be nice regardless actually), and a way to un-blacklist a name, if they swap to healer gear or something similar.
