Warmaster Blackhorn Mod Not Activating

Apparently after 9.1 patch Warmaster Blackhorn encounter in Dragon Soul raid (All modes) doesn't trigger DBM Cataclysm at all ; Trivial to reproduce by just doing the encounter with AddOn installed ; AddOn starts working and showing timers only in second phase when boss gets on gunship ..... Apart of that initial phase (longest one) doesn't trigger the timers and sounds ......
