Describe the bug
Brackenhide Hollow

1. Trash - Bracken Warscourge - missing nameplate timers for Hideous Cackle and Ragestorm, but unsure if nameplate timers are needed as both abilities have incredibly long cooldowns.
2. First boss - Hackclaw - Bladestorm is lacking a special announce setting. It is a targeted ability on a random non-tank player.

Magmatusk - At one point we expected a Charge based on the timers, but got a Spray instead. Not sure if rare bug, or Blizzard changed order of mechanics for season 4.
